Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to withdraw

Send the notice to kol.martin4@gmail.com or to the seller’s address.

Returning goods

Return the goods within 14 days. The customer bears the direct return costs.

Refund

Payments are refunded within 14 days of withdrawal; the seller may wait until the goods or proof of dispatch are received.

Diminished value

The customer is liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
