Terms and conditions

1. Seller

Martin Kolář, Rejskova 1992/6, 120 00 Prague 2 – Vinohrady, Company ID 73567761. The seller is not VAT registered.

2. Goods and price

Only Provoním scented candles are sold. One candle costs CZK 490. PPL delivery within the Czech Republic costs CZK 110.

3. Order and contract

The contract is formed when the order is confirmed by email.

4. Payment

Advance payment by bank transfer; payment details and a QR code are sent after confirmation.

5. Delivery

Goods are delivered by PPL to the customer’s address.

6. Defective goods

Claims may be submitted by email.

7. Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.

8. Dispute resolution

The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

9. Effective date

Effective from 16 July 2026.
